I’ve been training lately with an up and coming personal trainer that is also my good friend Matt (the one who was helping me with my running).
He’s doing a 4-week boot camp program for 4 people (myself included) to help his portfolio. It was by doing his program that I could actually recognise that I am indeed a fit person.
I am halfway through the boot camp program. We did the 1000 steps in Mount Dandenong (Kakoda track memorial) the first week and the second week. The first week, it took me a 18 minutes to get to the top. The second week, it took me 12:39 to get the top. It’s great to see a huge progress in my fitness!
